Christy Pierce, Owner and Head coach, CrossFit Level 2, here at Salty North.  She is your friendly fitness guru with a stethoscope, here to pump up your health while you sweat it out!  She blends her years of working as a nurse practitioner with her 10 +years of CrossFit expertise to enhance your health journey.  Her goal is to transform lives through fitness and wellness.  She empowers gym members to reach new fitness heights through tailored training and individualized nutrition.

Gabe Pierce

Owner/Coach

Gabe Pierce, Owner and CrossFit level 1 coach here at Salty

North.  He recently retired Coast Guard, currently rehabbing two knee replacements!  If he can get in here you can to!  8 years CrossFit experience, he loves going and playing outdoors with my family from hiking, camping, fishing, hunting and everything in between!  CrossFit keeps me able to do it all.

With CrossFit Level 1 Certification, I am committed to creating scalable workouts that meet the needs of every individual. no matter their fitness level.  My focus is on providing a safe, inclusive space for everyone to thrive, whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete. Through hard work, consistency, and determination, I believe anyone can unlock their potential and achieve their fitness goals.

Rylee Mahoney
Coach

Hi, I’m Rylee - a dedicated CrossFit coach with 7 years of experience and a certified Level 1 coach. I’m passionate about inspiring others to discover their strength and gain confidence through every lift and new personal records.

 

My training philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. I focus on ensuring every movement is performed safely and effectively, because I believe CrossFit is for everyone—no matter your strength level, age, or background. In my classes, I tailor workouts to meet the needs of all athletes, making every exercise modifiable for all walks of life.

 

As a busy mom to four kids, CrossFit is not just a way to stay active and healthy—it’s also a community where I find support and motivation outside of home. I lead by example, showing up consistently so that my athletes feel empowered to push past their limits and achieve their goals.

 

When you train with me, expect a positive, motivating environment where you’re supported by both me and a community of fellow athletes.
